When you register for our online courses, offline events, or VIP membership, we may collect: your name, email address, mailing address and ZIP/postal code, country, phone number, date of birth (used to verify that you are 18 or older), Discord username, the products or services you select, your referral source, and a record of the team member who assisted your registration. We also retain your electronic signature and the consent confirmations you provide at registration.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Square, Zelle, or Venmo). We receive confirmation of your payment and limited transaction details, but we do not store your full payment-card number or banking credentials on our systems.

Usage information. We may collect information about how you interact with our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and pages visited. Our registration forms also record the date, time, and technical details of your submission for security and record-keeping purposes.

VIP Community and Service Delivery via Discord

Our VIP membership content, trading commentary, and member community are delivered primarily through a third-party platform, Discord. To participate, you provide your Discord username so we can grant access to our server. When you use Discord, your information is also subject to Discord’s own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control. Email and Text (SMS) Communications

We may contact you by email regarding your account and the services you purchased. With your separate, optional consent, we may also send you marketing emails and/or text messages, such as course reminders, special offers, and updates. Consent to receive marketing messages is never required to purchase or use our services. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and out of marketing texts by replying STOP. We do not sell your phone number, email address, or messaging opt-in data, and we do not share that data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who help us operate our website and deliver our services — for example, our website and form platform (WordPress/WPForms), data storage and spreadsheet tools (such as Google), our community platform (Discord), and payment processors (such as Square). Our website and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
