1. Nature of Services — No Investment Advice
Mau Bui Finance LLC offers three distinct categories of products and services:
(a) MBF VIP Membership (Trading Alerts & Trade Ideas) All trade alerts, trade ideas, market commentary, and signals shared through MBF VIP Membership channels — including but not limited to Discord, Zalo, SMS, email, or any other platform — are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All alerts and ideas reflect the personal trading activity or market observations of the presenter and are shared purely as a window into how MBF personnel are currently trading. Nothing shared through the VIP Membership should be interpreted as a directive, signal service, or managed account instruction.
(b) Educational Online Courses All course content, training materials, videos, worksheets, and resources offered by Mau Bui Finance LLC are intended solely for educational and informational purposes. Course content is based on past trading experience and results of the course creator and is provided to illustrate concepts and strategies only. It does not imply a recommendation or solicitation to engage in any particular investment strategy. Educational results discussed or demonstrated are not representative of typical outcomes and may not be achievable by all users.
(c) MBF Automation Software The MBF Automation software system is a proprietary technological tool that facilitates automated order generation and trade execution based on algorithmic logic, parameters, and configurations chosen by the User. Mau Bui Finance LLC is not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and does not provide personalized investment advice, discretionary portfolio management, or any fiduciary service in connection with the Software. The Company does not approve, monitor, or supervise individual trades, positions, or risk decisions executed through the Software. All decisions to enable or disable the Software, select accounts, and determine position sizing are solely the User’s responsibility.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Mau Bui Finance LLC makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that use of any of its products or services will result in profits, or that any particular trading strategy or automated system will perform as expected. Past performance — whether of trade alerts, course examples, backtested results, or live Software performance — does not guarantee future results. Any hypothetical or backtested performance data shared by the Company is inherently limited, may rely on idealized assumptions, and does not reflect actual live trading results, commissions, fees, slippage, or other real-world trading costs.
3. Market Risk
Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to futures, equities, options, foreign exchange, and cryptocurrencies — involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. In markets where leverage or margin is used, losses may exceed the amount of capital initially deposited. Financial markets may experience extreme volatility, liquidity gaps, flash crashes, and unforeseen macroeconomic events that can materially impact trading results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, financial situation, and risk tolerance before using any of our products or services, and you should seek independent advice from a qualified financial professional before making any investment decision.
4. User’s Sole Responsibility
You alone are responsible for all investment and trading decisions you make based on any information, content, alerts, course material, or automated software provided by Mau Bui Finance LLC. The Company and its members, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of any MBF product or service. Mau Bui Finance LLC does not hold, manage, or have custody over any User’s trading capital at any time.
5. MBF Automation Software — Additional Disclosures
Users of the MBF Automation Software acknowledge and accept the following additional risks specific to automated trading:
- The Software is currently provided in beta form and may contain defects, errors, or incomplete features. Live performance may differ materially from backtested or simulated results.
- Automated trading systems may accelerate both profits and losses, including losses occurring in timeframes too short for human intervention.
- The Software relies on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including brokers, virtual private servers, internet connectivity, and API services. The Company is not responsible for failures, outages, or disruptions caused by any third-party service or platform.
- Users of proprietary trading firm (prop firm) accounts are solely responsible for verifying that use of the Software complies with the prop firm’s rules, including rules relating to automated trading, daily loss limits, trailing drawdown, and payout conditions. Any restriction, suspension, failure, or termination of a prop firm challenge or funded account — whether caused by the Software or otherwise — does not entitle the User to a refund.
- The Software may be used with cash accounts, margin accounts, futures accounts, or prop firm accounts. The risks, fees, and rules applicable to each account type vary significantly and are the User’s sole responsibility to understand.
- Manually intervening in, overriding, or modifying the Software’s logic or position sizing may materially affect performance outcomes.
6. Information Accuracy
The Company strives to provide accurate and timely information across all its products and services. However, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided and is not responsible for any errors or omissions. You use all information provided by Mau Bui Finance LLC at your own risk.
7. Technical Issues & Third-Party Platforms
Our services — including VIP Membership alerts, course delivery platforms, and the MBF Automation Software — may be subject to technical issues, system failures, delays, or interruptions. The Company may utilize third-party platforms and service providers for the delivery of its services and is not responsible for errors, delays, or disruptions caused by such third parties. All third-party platforms used in connection with our services operate under their own independent terms of service, which users are responsible for reviewing and complying with.
8. No Refunds
All fees paid for MBF VIP Membership, educational courses, and MBF Automation Software are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes situations where a User’s trading results are unsatisfactory, where a prop firm or broker account is restricted or terminated for any reason, or where the User chooses to discontinue use of any product or service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mau Bui Finance LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the use of — or inability to use — any MBF product or service. This includes, without limitation, trading losses, lost profits, loss of business opportunity, data loss, or any other financial or non-financial harm, regardless of the form of action or legal theory asserted.
10. Changes to Services
Mau Bui Finance LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service — including MBF VIP Membership, educational courses, and MBF Automation Software — at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
11. Tax Responsibility
Trading gains and investment income may be subject to taxation depending on your country of residence. Mau Bui Finance LLC does not provide tax advice. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable tax obligations arising from your trading activity. For questions regarding your tax obligations, please consult a qualified tax professional or visit the relevant tax authority website for your jurisdiction (e.g., IRS.gov for U.S. residents).
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Disclaimer and all matters relating to the use of MBF products and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Disclaimer or the use of any MBF product or service shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in the State of Florida. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action, collective, or representative proceeding against Mau Bui Finance LLC.
13. General Advice
We strongly advise all users to never risk more capital than they can afford to lose. If you are new to trading, we recommend beginning with paper trading (simulated, non-real-money trading) before committing any real capital.
